I love lemon and everyone else went for chocolate, can't remember exactly what they were called but very yummy and worth our trip.
Back to the shopping and let's say it was the children who came back best with some more t shirts, a shirt and shoes for Sarah and Daniel had a bag (for college, yeah!), some sweat trousers and a cap I think. Now the one shop we went in wouldn't accept the children's cards so guess who had to pay for them? I didn't buy anything, am not really a great shopper, just like having a browse. Was impressed by Mall at Millenia, very relaxing place to shop and it wasn't too busy there. We then went back to Premium outlets for Sarah to have another look at some jeans, which she didn't buy because she didn't like the cut! Arrggghh.
Then it was home again for a chillax, well- about an hours rest to eat cheesecake, have a snack and drink and then shoes on again and back out about 4 off to Magic Kingdom for the evening. Martin was the first one to be ready this time. Amazing!
We intended to do a few more rides, visit Fantasy land and just relax a little enjoying the atmosphere and of course, take photos. Hmm in order to take photos you need a memory card in the camera and when you leave yours at home in the computer, it is not too good. However the magic of the Kingdome worked, well Cynthia did in one of the shops and with a little cash exchanged my camera had a new memory card and we were good to go.
I do love the Magic Kingdom as it has great themes across the various lands. Very picturesque.
We tried to ride Pirates, but guess what........ it broke down again...... so we went off to get fast passes for Splash Mountain. We rode the Haunted Mansion and guess what..............it broke down. Thankfully only for a short time and we were soon able to complete our ride but we were beginning to think we were doomed at one stage.
Splash Mountain worked perfectly as did everything else for the evening, so we were feeling a little less worried however we never did get back to Pirates, perhaps we can try again before we leave.
Of course we had to ride on "It's a Small World" at least once on our trip, it's obligatory and this time we had no annoying child shouting in our ear.
We had to have a walk in the new "Fantasyland" which looks interesting and will be even better when the Seven Dwarfs have their mine train running but it is coming along nicely. We didn't do any rides here just had a nose whilst Sarah was off getting fast passes for Buzz Lightyear. In fact we managed two lots of fast passes for Buzz this evening as well as Splash and Space Mountain - a good evening collecting.
And this is what is behind the screen! Building in progress.
We managed some more rides on Buzz, Carousel of Progress which we had never been on and a munchy stop at the Starlight Cafe as well as a go on Speedway. Driving with Sarah was an experience................ let's hope her driving test is a smoother drive.
Sarah and Daniel even managed another go on their own as the wait time was pretty good.
We also had a quick ride on the train from Frontierland to Fantasyland.
Soon it was dark and the place lit up.
And it was time for us to go home.
